# Privacy How AI Games Kit handles website analytics, checkout, GitHub entitlement, webhook, purchase email, and support information. AI Games Kit is delivered through a Polar purchase and private GitHub repository access. This notice explains the information handled by AI Games Kit and the independent services in that flow. The monitored privacy contact is listed below. AI Games Kit decides how the limited website, analytics, fulfilment, and support information described here is used. DataFast processes site analytics for AI Games Kit as an analytics provider and processor. Twilio SendGrid delivers the purchase email for AI Games Kit as an email delivery provider and processor. Polar, GitHub, Hetzner, Google, and Discord also process information for their own services and obligations. Their privacy notices apply separately. Polar is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for checkout; it is not an AI Games Kit payment form. - **Cookieless DataFast analytics.** The tracker does not set a long-lived browser cookie to identify visitors. It may use session-only browser storage for continuity while the site session remains open. - **No behavioural advertising or sale.** AI Games Kit does not use DataFast for behavioural advertising and does not sell personal information. - **No AI Games Kit account or newsletter.** The public site has no separate customer account or mailing-list form. The only automated email is the one purchase email described below. - **No full card data.** AI Games Kit does not collect or store full payment-card details through this website. ### Website delivery, analytics, and security data When a page is requested, the hosting and network stack may process the IP address, user-agent or browser details, requested URL, referrer when supplied, timestamp, response status, and similar connection information. This is used to deliver the site, investigate failures, maintain availability, and protect the service from abuse. The site is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure and served through Nginx. The browser loads DataFast’s cookieless tracking script and sends analytics events to DataFast. The data can include the page viewed, referrer and campaign parameters, event time, browser, operating system, device category, screen or viewport information, and approximate country. Requests to DataFast also expose the IP address and user-agent needed to receive and process the request. In cookieless mode, DataFast derives a hashed pseudonymous identifier on its server from signals such as the IP address, browser user-agent, this site’s domain, and a salt that rotates approximately every 24 hours. The site does not use a long-lived DataFast visitor cookie or cross-domain visitor linking. This limits recognition of returning visitors and long-term attribution across days. AI Games Kit uses these analytics to measure pageviews and visits, understand referral and campaign sources, review device and approximate location breakdowns, and improve the site and purchase journey. The analytics are not used to select behavioural advertisements. Automatic DataFast payment detection is disabled, and Polar or other supported checkout identifiers are removed from the page URL before the analytics tracker loads. AI Games Kit also counts visits from the web server’s own access log. The log holds the requested page, the referring page, and the IP address and browser details of each request, and is kept for the period given under Retention. From it AI Games Kit produces daily totals: page views, distinct visitors, visitors by country, by the broad source they arrived from (for example a search engine, an AI assistant, a social site or direct), and by first page. The country is looked up from the IP address in a database held on AI Games Kit’s own systems, not by an outside service. The IP address and browser details are used only while the totals are produced and are not stored in them. The same log shows how often AI assistants and search-engine crawlers request the site; those requests are counted apart from visitors. Gameplay clips are served as local site files. Loading them does not embed a third-party video player. ### Checkout, orders, and repository access Polar processes the purchase as merchant of record and authorized reseller. It may process contact, billing, tax, order, payment-method metadata, IP/device, and connected-platform information needed for checkout, fraud prevention, receipts, tax, refunds, and customer support. AI Games Kit may access limited order and fulfilment information in Polar’s merchant tools when needed to deliver the product, answer a request, prevent fraud, or maintain business records. The product is delivered through Polar’s GitHub Repository Access benefit. Polar and GitHub process the connected GitHub account, invitation, repository, permission, and benefit status needed to grant or revoke read access. The current application log records the event type, Polar resource identifier, relevant product or benefit identifier, and receipt timestamp. These limited identifiers are treated as potentially linkable operational data. The webhook does not intentionally log customer names, email addresses, checkout secrets, or payment details. It reads the email address of a paid order only to send the purchase email below. #### Purchase email After a paid order, AI Games Kit sends one transactional email, with the steps to get started, to the email address given at checkout. Twilio SendGrid delivers it for AI Games Kit as an email delivery provider and processor, and receives that email address, the Polar order identifier, and the text of the message. Replies go to the support address, [kolagames07@gmail.com](mailto:kolagames07@gmail.com). So that the email is sent only once, AI Games Kit keeps a server record of the order identifier and the delivery result; that record holds no email address. #### Order statistics For each paid order AI Games Kit keeps a short record of the Polar order identifier, the time, the amounts, the billing country and the broad source category the buyer arrived from. The record holds no name, email address or payment detail. AI Games Kit uses it to see which countries and sources bring customers. ### Email and Discord support If you contact AI Games Kit, the information you choose to send is used to understand and answer the request. For a purchase or access issue, that may include your purchase email, GitHub username, Polar order identifier, operating system, and a redacted error message. Email support is delivered through Google services; see the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy). The public Discord invite is optional and is operated by Discord. Messages, profile information, and community activity there are processed under the [Discord Privacy Policy](https://discord.com/privacy). Do not post purchase records or private diagnostic information in a public Discord channel; use the support email instead. Never send a password, personal access token, OAuth token, recovery code, payment-card number, or unredacted credential output. AI Games Kit does not need those secrets to investigate an order or repository-access issue. ### Purposes, legal bases, and sharing AI Games Kit uses the information described above only as reasonably needed to: - perform the purchase and licence arrangement, deliver repository access, send the purchase email, and provide requested support; - pursue legitimate interests in securing, operating, diagnosing, and improving the site and fulfilment flow, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; - measure site use, traffic sources, campaigns, and the performance of the purchase journey through privacy-oriented, cookieless DataFast analytics; - understand, from AI Games Kit’s own server logs and order records, which countries and sources bring visitors and customers; - prevent misuse, fraud, and security incidents; and - comply with accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations. Where permitted, AI Games Kit relies on its legitimate interests in understanding aggregate site use and improving the purchase journey for this cookieless analytics processing. Those interests are balanced by avoiding long-lived DataFast visitor cookies, cross-domain linking, and behavioural advertising. Applicable law may give you a right to object to this processing. Information may be shared only as needed with DataFast for analytics, Twilio SendGrid for the purchase email, Polar, GitHub, Hetzner, Google, Discord when you choose that channel, professional advisers, and authorities where law requires it. AI Games Kit does not sell personal information, rent a customer list, or use personal information for behavioural advertising. ### Retention and international processing Under the current host configuration, Nginx access logs are rotated daily with up to 14 archived rotations. Security incidents may require a relevant record to be preserved longer. The daily visit totals made from those logs hold no IP addresses or browser details and are kept for as long as they are useful for understanding where visitors come from. Webhook audit records, purchase-email records, order statistics records, support messages, and limited order evidence are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. When no fixed period applies, retention is based on whether the record remains necessary for one of those purposes. DataFast analytics records are retained according to the relevant account and service settings and only for as long as reasonably needed for the analytics purposes described in this notice. DataFast may process analytics information in countries other than your own; its Data Processing Agreement describes its processor commitments. Polar, GitHub, Twilio SendGrid, Hetzner, Google, and Discord may also process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy notices describe their locations, transfer mechanisms, and retention practices. The [Hetzner privacy policy](https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy/) applies to its hosting services. ### Your rights, children, and security Depending on where you live, applicable law may let you request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of a consent, and may let you complain to a competent privacy regulator. AI Games Kit may need to verify identity before acting on a request. Rights concerning DataFast analytics for this site or the purchase email may be requested through AI Games Kit. Rights concerning Polar, GitHub, Google, Discord, or Hetzner processing may need to be exercised directly with that provider. The product is intended for people with legal capacity to purchase developer tools and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal information through support channels. Reasonable safeguards include HTTPS, signed webhook validation, limited log fields, access controls, and avoiding payment or credential secrets in application logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. ### Changes and privacy contact This notice may be updated when the site, providers, support process, or legal requirements change.
